Returns & Refunds

Your consumer cancellation rights

For most goods bought online by UK consumers, you normally have a 14-day period after receiving the goods to tell us that you want to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods. This policy does not remove any statutory rights you have.

How to cancel

Contact us as soon as possible using our Contact page and provide your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions where applicable.

Refunds

Where a valid cancellation applies, we will normally refund the amount due using the original payment method. Refund timing may depend on receiving returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, where the law allows this.

Return postage

Where you cancel under the normal distance-selling cancellation right, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise or the goods are faulty or not as described.

Personalised items

Goods made or personalised specifically to your requirements may be excluded from the normal cancellation right where the law permits. A standard signature alone does not automatically remove statutory rights.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If your book arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and, where useful, photographs. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Important

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be limited under UK consumer law.

This policy is intended as a practical starting point and should be reviewed against your exact business structure and sales arrangements before launch.
